One back office for members, offerings, and receipts
A local church in southern Taiwan (pseudonymized)
Member records for hundreds of congregants, weekly offering logs, and annual receipts used to live on paper and scattered sheets — receipt season meant days of manual work. We built a management system unifying the member roster, offering entry, receipt printing, annual reports, and accounting.
The problem
- Annual offering receipts were reconciled and issued by hand — receipt season was a crunch
- Member data lived in multiple lists that drifted out of sync
- Offerings and expenses had no system; reconciliation was manual
- Volunteer staff work from phones, but the old tools were desktop-only
What we built
- 01Member management: roster, member IDs, and contacts maintained in one place
- 02Offering entry with one-click official receipt printing
- 03Annual offering reports auto-aggregated — receipt season without the crunch
- 04Accounting module: posting, budgets, petty cash, and payroll in one flow
- 05Role-based permissions with audit trails
- 06Mobile-optimized admin: routine work gets done from a phone

The outcome
- Receipts went from handwritten to one-click printing
- Annual reports aggregate the whole year automatically
- A single source of truth for the member roster
- The admin panel is fully usable from a phone
