A spa booking site that takes reservations at 2 a.m.
A beauty & spa studio chain in southern Taiwan (pseudonymized)
Bookings used to arrive only via LINE messages and phone calls — after-hours inquiries were routinely missed, and service menus lived scattered across social posts. We built a booking website that turned reservations, the service catalog, and social proof into a single always-open storefront.
The problem
- After-hours booking inquiries went unanswered — by morning, customers had booked elsewhere
- Services, prices, and durations were buried in Instagram posts; every customer had to ask again
- Returning customers re-typed their name and phone on every booking
- No official website — brand searches on Google surfaced only social pages
What we built
- 01Three-step online booking: pick a category → pick a service and time → submit
- 02Returning-customer autofill: name and contact details pre-filled on repeat bookings
- 03LINE Official Account integration: every booking hands off to the shop's LINE
- 04Live Google Reviews on-site: existing five-star reputation became on-page trust proof
- 05Service catalog and gallery: clear pricing and portfolio, no more repeated Q&A
- 06SEO + AI-search readiness: structured data and llms.txt for both Google and AI assistants

The outcome
- The booking funnel is open 24/7 — orders arrive outside business hours
- Three-step booking flow, designed mobile-first
- Returning customers skip re-entering their details
- Brand searches now surface an owned website, not just social profiles
